Data controller

EF Webb, run by Emil Feili, is the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach me at feili03@hotmail.com.

What data is collected?

Data is only collected when you fill in a form yourself:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it) and your message.
• Booking demo: the name, email address, phone number and message you enter when trying out a booking. Feel free to use made-up details there.

Why is the data used, and on what legal basis?

• To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, put together a proposal or quote. Legal basis: steps taken before a possible contract and my legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries.
• To stop spam and repeated submissions, for example by checking how many messages have been sent from the same email address in the last half hour. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Booking demo: to show how a booking system works. The demo admin view only shows masked details, such as “Anna S.” and “a***@gmail.com”.

Where is the data stored and who can access it?

The data is stored in a database with the site's hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase). When you submit the contact form, I also receive a copy by email in my inbox.

These providers process the data on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other safeguards required by the GDPR.

The data is never sold and is not used for marketing or automated decision-making.

How long is the data kept?

• Enquiries are kept for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
• If you become a client, the data is kept for as long as we work together and then for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires for invoices and contracts.
• Data in the booking demo is cleared regularly.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to have your data erased. You can also ask for processing to be restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a machine-readable format. If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. The browser's local storage is only used for what the site needs to work:

• The time of your latest contact form submission, so the same browser cannot send more than one message per minute.
• The contents of the cart in the booking demo.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the site changes, for example if new services are added. The latest version is always available on this page.
